Jason Thomas: Co-Founder / CTO

Jason Thomas is the Co-Founder and CTO of EOI Exchange. He has over 25 years of technology leadership and strategic building experience, shaping technology departments, driving growth, and creating innovative products. Jason has served in impactful roles in Federal, non-profit, and commercial sectors and co-founded five tech ventures, including Traffk. He is an MIT alumnus.

 

Glenn Hibler: Co-Founder / CEO

Glenn Hibler is an executive with 30+ years in insurance. He co-founded Traffk, LLC, a leading technology firm, and INX, pioneering a national dental plan marketed by MetLife. Glenn also co-founded Benefitport, raising over $60M for the first general agent roll-up in the industry.
 

Mark Dingle: Co-Founder / COO

Mark Dingle has 25+ years of experience in technology start-ups in insurance, healthcare, and other sectors, including Traffk, FlyKargo, Everyday Health, and Viant. He was a consultant at Gartner and held roles at Wolters Kluwer, American Express, and IBM. Mark holds an MBA and a BS from Cornell University.

Bob Milligan: Co-Founder / VP of Legal and Finance

Robert B. Milligan, Jr. has 50 years of experience in commercial and investment banking, venture capital, and private equity. He is a Yale graduate, experienced board member, and co-founder of several successful start-ups, including BenefitPort. Bob is also the Founder and Chairman of the Holistic Cancer Care Foundation.

 

Edwin Melton: VP of Security and Compliance

Edwin Melton is the VP of Security and Compliance at EOI Exchange and a past member of the Traffk team.

David Hibler is a seasoned sales leader in the group insurance industry for over 30 years, and is currently the President and CEO of Sky Advanced Solutions and a Managing Partner at GIS Executive Benefits since 2020. He holds a BS from Bryant University.
 

Paul Gable
 

Paul Gable is an insurance executive, entrepreneur, and investor. He co-founded Alhazen Capital in 2022, focusing on Insurtech, Fintech, and Digital Health. He has held roles at CDK Global, Salty, Prudential Financial, Alliant Insurance Services, and Unum. Paul has an MBA from Rutgers and a Bachelor’s from Muhlenberg College and is a CFA charterholder.

Mark Mettille is the CEO and founder of GIS Benefits, a national benefits technology firm established in 2006. GIS Benefits provides Fortune 500-caliber benefits to employers of all sizes, and manages over $1B in annual premiums. With 20 office nationwide, is the largest group general agency in the country.
